When Q Training Solutions develops a program for a company, it's with the goal of creating something that will improve performance while merging seamlessly into any existing training program to ensure the language and company branding remain consistent. That is why the first step, in our proven development methodology, is the extensive research done prior to anything being created. Interviews with every level of employee from the CEO to hourly workers, HR department, payroll, merchants, buyers, even customers. Anyone who can offer insight to help create the best possible product. This ensures your company, and your people, receive a truly customized training program that will connect with them and provide a return on your investment.

This is the same approach I have used with previous and current clients, such as Best Buy, Kmart, Sears, Tractor Supply, Trimble, and Bad Boy Mowers. Some were skeptical at first but when they saw the finished product, and the results, they became true believers.

Live Training Seminars

This is what truly separates Q Training Solutions from others who do live training. These sessions have been described as informative, real world and hilarious. That is where the ENTERTRAINING comes in. This is where my true passion lies, and I hope it comes across in all my live training. When you attend a Q Training Solutions training be prepared to be engaged and involved. It is a “show” and attendees are expected to be active participants. No sitting on hands and being passive. Anyone could get called…and they usually do.

There is nothing like speaking to a group of people live and in person. You can look at their faces and know that what is being taught resonates, or if a course correction is needed. When two hundred people gasp in affirmation to something you taught, there is no better feeling. There is an energy that cannot be experienced in any other form.

Commercial Training Videos

Training your team is always a challenge with ever shrinking training labor. A great way to ensure consistency of message, in a cost-effective way, is through training videos. A great way to keep your employee's attention is to make sure the videos are informative while sprinkled with humor, a Q Training Solutions trademark. Working with an external production company, I have used extensively, or your own company's production division, we can create videos for every need. Q Training Solutions will write the script, shoot it, edit it, and get it to you to put on whatever platform you choose. On location or in studio, the only limits are that of your imagination.

Another option available are short 3–5-minute videos shot in a home studio. These videos are targeted with only one subject per video and can be more cost effective than full blown studio/location shoots. Due to their shorter length I can shoot anywhere from 8-10 in a day. The editing process takes longer but the production time is cut to a minimum. They're great to post on social media or internal platforms due to their brevity to great success.

Another form of a training video that I have recently been exploring are Zoom or “virtual” calls. These can be recorded and shared with participants who cannot get on an actual call. It is one more way to communicate in a consistent and cost-effective way and another tool you can utilize for your team's development.
